Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide information in response to incoming calls from leads regarding sales questions, marketing materials, technical information, and service information relating to TDN's solutions.
• Submit follow-up requests on behalf of Account/Advertising Executives to business customers, regarding advertisement materials, service in dates and service information.
• Become proficient with proprietary software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, cPanel, Windows Mail, and CRM lead system.
• Proof and customize marketing documents (Sale Sheets, Proposals, etc.).
• Daily maintenance of display inventory items within your territory.
Responsibilities:
• Use our proven Sales Activity Model to identify leads, qualify, prepare and present proposals to sell TDN's services.
• Preparation of sales proposals that meet customer's needs, based on competitive market analysis.
• Provide expertise to clients from sales leads regarding pre-sales questions, marketing materials, technical information, and service information.
• Must have proven sales experience and be comfortable making cold calls.
• Qualify sales opportunities by asking questions about the prospect organization and the sales/buying process.
• Follow through with prospects in Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and Sales Pipeline.
• Maintain and expand relationships with clients as client base grows.
• Maintain CRM records - must be 100% up to date at end of each day.
• Actively manage and monitor your Sales Pipeline to include current opportunities and remove opportunities that have been closed.
Requirements:
The Liaison must have experience in a high demand customer service selling environment. At least 1 year of sales support experience or applicable administrative experience. Demonstrates leadership and self-management skills without needing to be micro managed.
• Previous work in media, advertising or online sales is preferred, but not required.
• Experience supporting up to six-person sales team
• Extremely organized, ability to multi-task and great attention to detail;
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Excellent listening and prospecting skills;
• Proficient in the entire current Microsoft Office Suite.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
• One year minimum outbound cold call experience
• Very strong PC Skills (proficient in Microsoft Office programs and web browsers)
• Call a variety of business leads to suggest products and services we offer
• Love to help businesses promote their businesses effectively online
• Ability to excel in a NEW BUSINESS quota-based environment
